COVID-19 Rules - Please read before purchasing or arriving on the property!!!

Lessons, Tickets & Rentals will be sold online and in advance, we will have very limited quantities. 

  • MASSACHUSETTS COVID-19 TRAVEL ORDER - ALL VISITORS ENTERING MASSACHUSETTS, INCLUDING RETURNING RESIDENTS, WHO DO NOT MEET AN EXEMPTION, ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE MASSACHUSETTS TRAVEL FORM PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, UNLESS YOU ARE VISITING FROM A LOWER-RISK STATE DESIGNATED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH.

 No refunds for any reason.  If we are open and you do not attend for any reason including sickness, you will forfeit your lesson, rental , admission or ticket  without refund.  If we are forced to close because of weather, we will work with you to exchange your purchase to another item for when we operate during 2020-2021 winter season, or issue you a credit for future purchases.  If we are forced to close by Federal, State or Local order we will issue you a credit for future purchases at Nashoba Valley Ski Area.   

  • Lodges will only be used for restrooms and Food & Beverage.  No changing areas & no storage.  Please use your car as your own personal "LODGE".
  • Please visit us another day if you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 such as fever or chills(100.3 and above), cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, OR diarrhea? (or if you have come into close contact with someone showing these symptoms or who has tested Positive for Covid-19) or have been asked to self isolate or quarantine.
  • Anyone showing signs of illness may be denied entry
  • Face coverings must be worn at all times
  • Adhere to social distancing guidelines -Stay 6 feet apart from other groups.
  • Regularly, Wash your Hands (15-20 seconds water + soap, 5 second rinse) or use a Hand Sanitizer made of at least 60% alcohol. Located throughout the property & restrooms
  • Please obey directional walkways, all staff instructions, rules and signage at all times. When Dining please stay at your table. (No visiting other tables or standing or walking around while eating). Do not move tables or chairs. Max. of 6 people per table. 90 Minute Maximum Dining experience. Face coverings may be removed when seated at a dining table
  •  Management may revoke your ticket without refund and ask you to leave the property immediately, and for any reason, this includes violation of ANY COVID-19 rules and regulations.
  • NO REFUNDS.  NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. LIMITED QUANTITY OF LESSONS, RENTALS & TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR EACH DATE.

We will have enhanced cleaning and sanitizing of common touched surfaces on a regular frequent schedule.

  • Lessons are often held in inclement weather conditions. If weather is questionable, go to SkiNashoba.com to find out the status of your lesson. Lesson status decisions are not made until the day of the lesson.
  • Lesson hours may vary during preseason schedule. Call for the most up to day lesson times.
  • Space is limited and advance registration is required, no refunds for any reason.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • Badges will be mailed after December 1st
  • If you are renting equipment, please visit our rental shop prior to December 21st to be fit for your equipment.
  • Classes will be held the first weekend of February Vacation (Feb. 13 & 14)
  • There will be NO classes held on Martin Luther King Day (Jan. 18) and February Vacation days (Feb. 15-21).
  • Lessons are often held in inclement weather conditions. If weather is questionable, go to SkiNashoba.com to find out the status of your lesson. Lesson staus decisions are not made until the day of the lesson.
  • Classes, if postponed, will be made up at the end of the scheduled program.
  • Arrange a meeting place with your child before the lessons begins. Lessons may begin and end on different slopes. Stress to your child where you will be when their lesson is completed.
  • If you do not attend your scheduled lesson when it is in session there are no make up lessons offered.
  • Day or time of lessons can not be changed once the program begins.
  • There are no refunds for any reason.  There are NO credits after the 2nd week of programs.
  • There is a $10 fee for replacement badges.
  • All program prices include a $40 non-refundable deposit.
  • All Rental Packages include a $20 non-refundable deposit.
  • Photographs and video will be taken on the property and used for marketing purposes, both online and in print.

  • GIFT CARDS are not valid for online purchases.  Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase lesson programs or other gift cards.
